Every transaction is important to Mike because it is in each transaction that the client has placed their trust in him. No matter what it is, if it is important to the client, it is important to Mike.
As the Team Lead of Team Pavone and Pavone Properties, Mike is looking to grow the knowledge and values of his team members mentoring capacity and to help them succeed. Paying forward his knowledge and success to those around him drives his motivation.
I was a former University of Washington Kicker who helped my team reach the college football play offs my Senior year. I am the second most accurate kicker in UW history as well, right behind Chuck Nelson. On top of that I was the Make-A-Wish player on the team my Senior year.
Now, I am putting my same work ethic that I had during my Football career into my current career. I spent countless hours perfecting my kicking craft and now spending even more putting into my career. I am self motivated, driven, and always looking for a way to give back.
I started my adult career in public accounting at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant after achieving a bachelors in accounting and a masters in professional accounting from Washington State and University of Washington, respectively. My passion of helping others and building long lasting relationships is what allows me to continue building a sustainable practice for years to come. Outside of my real estate business, I enjoy the outdoors. Whether it be golfing, hiking, biking, running, skiing, you can find me soaking up the outdoors with every chance I get.

Joanna is a native of Bellevue, where she was born and raised by a loving family who instilled the highest character and values, grounded in respect and a strong work ethic. She completed her bachelor's degree in communications from Seattle Pacific University. Joanna stayed in the Seattle area and embarked on her professional career, focusing on sales and marketing in the healthcare industry. From working as a senior coronary sales representative at Medtronic to her role as a marketing manager at Bodypoint, she always took on the toughest challenges. She quickly built her skill sets, which have served her well in her current role.
In her free time, she is passionate about teaching yoga and is certified by the Awakened Life School of Yoga in Candidasa, Indonesia. She also enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, paddle boarding and skiing. Joanna is especially focused on giving back to her community through volunteer work with Type 1 Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and is on the Bridle Trails Community Club board as a secretary.
